I'm full!!!! It's a DD and a good one at that!

B: Nothing
L: Nothing (just not hungry!!!)
S: 1 babybel light cheese
D: Huge meal!!! Shirataki Noodles, with a sort of italian topping. Prawns, Anchovies, Cherry Tomatoes, green beans, green pepper (capsicum), onions, mushrooms, chilli, bit of garlic and some oregano. That would have been 277 cals only!!! but I foolishly added some grated parmesan cheese for another 46 cals - couldn't really taste it!

Probably have a coffee later for a total of 400 cals!

DD

I seem to be in a good groove of not eating until dinner. Last night I made a chicken country casserole (about 380 cals per serving) which looks yummy, and will be dinner for half the week, I think! Lots of leftover in the fridge: pizza, seafood risotto, split pea soup... It's amazing how much food we have hanging around since I started JUDDDing

D: small sirloin and maybe some veggies with cheese sauce (green giant) or Chinese steamed pork buns if the store has them today
S: dh wants grilled sausage so I'll probably have that (sodium yuck) and may grill some zucchini or asparagus with that

Broke my "fast" with V-8 which I have been craving and it tastes so good to me at 7 a.m.!

b-omelet made with fennel and asparagus, topped with gruyere, coffee w/Splenda and ffhnh, 1 lite bread and cream cheese

l-sandwich made of WW rye, 1.5oz grilled chix breast, 2 thin slices deli ham, lite mayo and dijonnaisse mixed, cukes

s-1 lite bread with cream cheesee and coffee ditto above

d-my "famous" meatloaf, maybe some baby potatoes and green beans-trying to buy more organic and that's what these are.

I will still have around 500 cals left. What to have...what to have...I sometimes browze Whole Foods on my lunch, and I usually find something lovely there. Have any of you tried "lambchopper" cheese? YUM!!!

Hello !!! My DD menu for today:

L: stir-fry of shredded cabbage, shrimp, rotel diced tomato w/jalapeno peppers, yum-yum!!
D: Chicken salad w/5 saltine crackers
S: small bag of 100 calorie popcorn (if needed)

Lots of water today too; I have found that the scales smile on good DDs!!

Valerie I have gotten it several times in the "small packages" area of the cheese department-it is very expensive (for me anyway, I think about $20/lb?), but absolutely delicious-can't describe it-nutty, I guess, kinda like gruyere but not, sweetish on the back end; complex... it is, obviously, a sheep's milk cheese. Heck of a breakfast you had, BTW..

Today is a down day. Desperately need one, as I have had 5 or so up days in a row over spring break. Oooops.

B: Coke Zero. 1 scrambled egg w/1 pork sausage and a thin shaving of cheese on top (200 cals)

L: 3 oz shredded pork w/barbeque sauce (200 cals)

D: grilled swordfish (4 oz) w/shredded cabbage & cilantro, avocado & lime salsa (200 cals)

I really need today to be perfect. The last 3 down days have really gotten away from me and my weight is up. I will be lurking a lot today for inspiration!!!

Wow, expensive cheese, but as you say, absolutely delicious!! There are so many varieties out there, and I have heard that sheep's milk cheeses are really good!! Re breakfast, I had thought of having cream of wheat, but since I had steamed some fresh cauliflower, I decided to change it up a bit, and I'm so glad to see that cauliflower is a low calorie food, love that stuff!!

Water (0)
Diet Pepsi (0) very limited quantity and only on DD.

UD. Weight was 168.7 this morning after reaching a high of 170.0 yesterday morning. So frustrating.... My weigh in on Friday was a pound up over last week. Boo. But, I'm still going and I think I will be rewarded with another nice loss. I wish I had tracked last month, but I believe this happened last month too.

B: Few bites leftover cake, Onion bagel, w/ cream cheese
L: Homemade lasagna w/ chicken sausage, eggplant, and spinach and beschamel sauce
D: Chicken fried steak w/ gravy
S: 3 cookies (whonu?), 5 strawberries, 2 clementines, 2 croissants w/ chicken and cheese

Hi everyone. DD here

So far just a soya flat white.

Made 6 cups of Gazpacho, under 400 cals the lot.

I am planning on 1/2 of that. DH is saying we should sit in the sun and enjoy a glass of rose............

Why not, I weigh less than I dreamt was possible a year ago. I am so happy with JUDDD.

It suddenly struck me Scotty, perfect summer DD food. I left out the bread and oil and as I don't eat cucumber I used red peppers and tossed in a green chilli for luck, then the mint was looking at me so in that went too. My base was just some canned tomato sauces that were in the cupboard.

Just had a cup of tea a one cookie.
