Well it's a DD.

B - Atkins Protein Bar & espresso 160 Cal
L - Whey Protein Shake (Chocolate) 100 Cal
D - We are headed to the grocery store to pick up ingredients for a low calorie salad. Not sure what to do about the dressing, yet. : / (~240 Cal)

We are going to see 21 Jump Street tonight.. maybe I'll drink a small diet coke for a treat. I've been trying to avoid soda.

I lied. Add in half the Ck fried steak. I also had the two clems and one had this mold spot on it, so I took out that section, but I got a text right when I was doing this and ate a section without thinking. I hope it wasn't the moldy section. My stomach is all now. It's all in my mind.

I did a dressing last night. 1/2 cup tupperware, ingredients are approx.
2 or 3 T lemon juice.
1/2 or 1 T dijon
pinch of oregano
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Shake really well. About 15 calories makes about 3T. A little tart, may need some sweetener. Also thought about adding some water. If u can afford more calories feta would be great.

Completed my first week today-will weigh in tomorrow-I am a bit above my calories for the day but I had a super active day-spent about five hours moving stuff out of our rental house which we sold yesterday so I figure that I burnt the extra 150 calories moving LOL

Breakfast protein shake and strawberries

Lunch full bar

supper mini turkey burger, cabbage, asparagus, kale soup, salad

calories 617 carbs 92 fat 13 protein 43

Well today was suppose to be a DD........but that went down the crapper..........

I started out doing really well, but then for some reason I started "grazing" and my 500 cals are right around 700-800 now..........I am not even hungry thats whats sad!!! Oh well tomorrow is a new day!!!
