thing i love the most on this WOE is all the money i save by only eating every other day.. what a big differnce its made!

If I shop on a DD i tend to buy easy to fix, grab and go kinds of food. The next day, as I am trying to fix my family dinner I wonder why in the world I really thought we needed 10 boxes of Little Debbies

I just wrote a list and sent my husband to the store. I am so glad he likes doing the grocery shopping!!!

I must be a masochist. I often do my grocery shopping on a DD. DH and I also joke that we seem to watch the cooking channel a lot on DDs too.

I stopped posting on and reading the "what are you eating" thread on DDs because it makes me hungry! I cannot look at the food porn thread either. I fast forward through food commercials. Even if there is a post where some one is "confessing" about what they ate that they shouldn't have, I click away from it.

When I feel the saliva dribbling down from the side of my mouth to my chin, I know I'm in touble.

Oh, and I do NOT go shopping on DDs unless it's an emergency. I make sure I clean our toilets on DDs.

Lol. I did that very thing yesterday on a DD. wow, I just didn't think about it. I got all high fat low carb stuff out of habit I think lol!

I only get one day a week to shop, so reguardless of UD or DD I have to do it then. I went on saturday and it was a DD. The shopping wasnt so bad, it was passing all the fast foods and being hungry all of a sudden! But luckily hubby was with us and he hates fast food, so I lucked out!

I always shop on Thursday, so it falls on a DD every other week. I try to bring a snack to have just before shopping (that's also our homeschool group day, so we leave after lunch and get home just before dinner). If I forget a snack, shopping is SO hard.

We are on a pretty tight budget, so I buy the same things every week, thankfully. Shopping is fairly mechanical. But everything looks SO good on DDs. LOL
