One Month Results!

I started LC on Jan. 3rd and lost 17 pounds on month one. Began Judding on Feb. 25th and as of today, one month on plan, I'm down 15 pounds!!! I almost lost as much as I did on month one. I'm down a total of 35 pounds since beginning this year on LC/JUDDD.

Thanks everyone for sharing this plan and being so positive about it. That positivity and excitement caused me to think that maybe it was worth a shot. I was pretty much stalled out in Feb. and not losing and wanted to speed things up. Well, this did the trick. I'm happily doing LC and JUDDD together and seeing fantastic results!!
