OMG that's amazing! You're giving me the push to really try this. Today's my first DD and my menu for the day rings in at 480 calories. I think me and ****** can DO this JUDDD stuff!

You should do the plan, as written, for a minimum of two weeks to see if it's a good fit, and before you decide to change anything. It's not two weeks straight of down days, but rather UD/DD rotation--works out to 7 up days and 7 down days.

I hope I understood your question correctly.
