Ending the day with shrimp and veggies stir fried.

Dottie and Katie thanks I will do that when I get a chance. And Dottie thanks for the cabbage idea.

-chocolate protein shake with half almond/half coconut milk (both Silk brand)
-going to a couple cups of tea and then I'm out the door until later tonight.

Have a great day, JUDDD buds, whatever day it is for you!
Only had the protein shake mentioned earlier and nothing else since I was too occupied to think of food... until about 5:30 when a friend and I went to Pizza Hut. My FD had begun after all. Had 2 slices supreme pizza. Then 1/2 banana split at the best local dairy bar.

Now I'm at my parents' and heating up water for decaf tea.

Snack became 5 taquitos and 2tbs of gualamolie (sp?). Oh and I did have a beer today!! YUMMY!!! I didnt get a chance to add my calories for the day, but I estimate I came right around the 1800 mark! surely the sashimi isn't that many calories??

Had a handful of almonds earlier. Then a red grapefruit.

Was a very nice, controlled eating this evening.

I really think more and more that as we go further into the JUDDD journey, our bodies get adept at telling us what it needs (or rather, we get more keen to listen to it!).

Yesterday I had a lot of my usual pretty-healthy foods, interspersed with it though were some "junky" foods. I was "piecing" a lot more than usual, or grazing, and not always the best choices (chips & dip). I thought for sure I'd be up a pound today, but instead I was down a pound.

Then I went pretty much the whole day today on 200 calories, until evening when my FD started and I only had 2 slices of pizza, HALF a banana split (and was totally satisfied and happy to throw the other half away cause I'd eaten the good parts I wanted from it).

This evening, I sipped decaf green tea and other than the almonds and grapefruit, haven't even thought about food.

I don't know if I've said it in a while, but I really like this woe.
