First time I couldn't eat enough!!

Last weekend I had a 3 day binge. We are talking a dozen donuts, candy, pizza and everything else you can imagine. In my defense I had 9 boys sleep over for my 8 year old's birthday (not that that is an excuse) I gained 11 lbs!!! I have lost 9 lbs in the last 5 days and have been following my numbers very closely.

Tonight I am over 300 calories to low on my up day. This has never happened to me before. I feel like I have been eating all day and can't bear to stuff one more thing in my mouth. This feels so weird!!

I am loving Juddd and didn't freak out over my 11 lbs because I knew it would come right off if I got right back on plan. It should take me about a full week to make up for my binge instead of spiraling into 20 lbs of negativity.

Yeah, you splurged too much and gained a lot of water weight from it.. and have already lost most of it! LOLOL

And already your appetite is moderating. I always think it's strange when I have an UD in which I'm just not hungry enough to eat all of my calories. Most UDs are fine, and I appreciate how high I can eat at this age in my life, but some days I just don't push if I don't feel like it.

Hoo Ha mom22boys!

Isn't knowing that all you have done is slow yourself down a little bit wonderful? AND, in the middle of it, appetite suppression kicks in! You are really going places now!

Congratulations on a fantastic attitude and recovery! You are a real example of the confidence JUDDD gives us. I don't think we could recommend the system, but it just goes to show that is you simply go back to your rotations and follow the numbers, that water will go and take a lot more with it. JUDDD

Fantastic that we have a tool the accommodates real life!
Good you had fun with your loved ones, feasted, and have come right back down.
I can totally feel that 20 pounds. Before juddd they could have been a long term companion (at least for me)
isn't it a fabulous sense of peace having such a grip on eating that celebrations aren't tools of destruction anymore?
go you!

What a great sense of security JUDDD has given us knowing there may be times when eating turns into a frenzy and then rotation gets us right back on track.
