Nursing mom question
Is the JUDDD woe safe for nursing moms? Have any of you had experience in this area?

Way too much time on my hands!

We have had nursing mothers here, following the JUDDD plan. I believe they held their Down Days to 800-1000 calories during the nursing period, but they seemed to be successful.
Perhaps if anyone here is still doing that, they will see this and stop in to add to this answer. |

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully, someone who is nursing will chime in and tell me of their experience.
