I've logged 1220 calories so far and have 660 to go.

For dinner I'm going to make cream of broccoli soup in my Vitamix, don't know yet what else I'll have with my meal.

I actually stuck to my menu!
B: The oat bran was pretty yummy and I added SF DaVinci's banana syrup. It did not stick with me though and I was hungry an hour later.

L: I used the Wendy's chili packet instead of the habanero sauce at home, so it was 220 calories.

Dinner was Swai with WF seafood sauce (I thought it was pretty good) and the Green Giant broccoli with cheese in single serving tray (40 calories and YUM!).

I feel like I've eaten like a queen today. I almost never go over 400 calories and ended today at 491! In my defense, I skated today and burned 418 calories per HRM, then took the kid to our local small amusement park and did quite a bit of walking there without the HRM on, so I suspect I burned more than I took in today.

Easy DD for me as I don't feel well and don't have much appetite anyways.

B: 1/4c oatmeal (couldn't eat even 1/4 of what I made which was 1/2 c dry measure (1c after cooking so I ate about a 1/4 of it, blah (about 40 cals, couldn't drink all my coffee either w/HWC (30cals) = 70 cals total
L: 1 can tuna (100 cals)+1TB olive oil mayo light (45 cals)=145 total (boo, my salad lettuce was bad :-( no salad for me.
D: chicken bacon ranch salad - I made do at McD's - they were out of Caesar salads, ugh. 220 w/o tomatoes+110 ranch dipping sauce+35 1/3 of my DD's kid size fries + 0 diet coke = 365cals approx (according to their website info).

580 for the day so far

I took a nice long nap today so hopefully I can shake off this yucky feeling. I hate allergy season - it messes with me badly. Tomorrow is an UD so I am looking forward to grilling some steak and eggplant with garlic and olive oil. I sure hope I am up to it by then. Trying to get laundry done today but the day hasn't gone how I wanted.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I ended up having a peanut butter sandwich and broccoli soup for dinner. Weird combination, but it was what I wanted. I'm kind of looking forward to tomorrow being a DD, so I don't have to think so much about food.

I prepared a pint of sugar free lemonade with a tablespoon of chia seed for my DD. It's so refreshing and the chia gel helps to keep me full. I'll probably use up the rest of my calories on soup and protein shakes.

I look forward to my DDs too now. It's weird, like a sort of feeling like it will "make everything balance out". I feel very cleansed and clean on my DDs. They definitely get easier as time goes by too! That is comforting! They were really hard at first.
