Goal!
Hi. This is my first time to post although I have been lurking in this forum since Feb when I started judding. I logged in here several times a day to seek motivation, inspiration and good advice. That may be the reason why I am quite successful with my weight loss. I was at 123 lbs on Feb 7 when I started and I am at 105 lbs today! I am just 5'2" hence the low number. I have tried many diets before but I feel since I found this one, I have found a way of life. This diet is so easy I could carry on and just continue losing weight. But friends have already commented how I've gotten so skinny my collarbones are sticking out. So, I'm moving forward to maintenance.
Thank you guys. You all have been a tremendous help. ![]() |

Congratulations!! Well done!! I'm 5'2", and was wondering if 120 was too small as my goal - but we'll have to see - long way for me to go still!!!

120 may be a good number if it's evenly distributed in your body. Mine was concentrated mostly in my arms and belly so I felt I needed to go an a diet to lose them. I work shifts, no nanny and no househelp. By the time I am done with my chores, I barely have enough energy for exercise. So I resorted to dieting. Now, arms are considerably slimmer, muffin top less pronounced. I feel great and I would like to believe, look great. Thank you everybody for the warm replies |

I run my numbers at Juddd's calculator, I got 882 for DD. After surviving for less than 500 for sometime, this almost seems like a... feast |

That's incredible! 18 lbs in about 7 weeks! And with such a low starting weight! I'm also 5'2 and about 132 lbs. 105 lbs is my goal. Please tell me a little more about how you achieved this!

Sorry for the late reply, just got home. Thank you all for the wonderful words. It's always been relatively easy for me to shed excess weight. I did the same with Atkins and LC but couldn't sustain them for a very long time. So, the weight crept back.
I am very optimistic with JUDDD. I love this WOE. I don't feel deprived at all. I keep my DD below 500 and UD at or below 1400. I eat food below 70 cals every 3 hours during DD to avoid getting hungry but what really did it for me was coffee with skimmed milk. I always felt full and energized after a mug. I usually have 3-4 on my DD. It may not be a healthy choice for some but it works for me. I have always been a coffee drinker but I do try to cut back during UD, just the morning coffee and that's it. Now that I am maintaining, I resolved to eat healthier. I wish everybody the same success. I am so thankful to have found this forum |
