Start Date: Which time?
Started March 14, 2012 and my first weeks weigh in gave me a 3.2 lb. loss. My scale is doing the bouncy bounce (I weigh daily) though, so I don't know if that'll hold or not this week.

Don't seem to have lost any inches yet.

I was very slow for the first 2.5 weeks. Hang in there. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to kick in.

I too feel like I'm going to mess up some really great numbers because I am losing so very slowly compared to everyone else.

Started November 7, 2011 - 158lbs
Today - 148.5lbs

So it has taken me 5 months to lose around 10lbs. Some of you lose 10 lbs in your first 2 weeks! Kudos to you! It's really hard to keep going on those DDs when I'm absolutely starving and miserable and knowing I won't see a loss on the scale for a very long time. But I keep at it!

I'm just curious, and you don't have to divulge, but was wondering what are your calorie numbers and stats that you put in the calculator?

Actually given that you are not really overweight (looking at your stats), I think that's remarkable! You should be proud of yourself - most diets wouldn't give you that kind of progress given that you are not carrying a lot of extra weight! GREAT JOB!!!

WOE: JUDDD
To borrow a phrase from the humorist Dave Barry, "I am NOT making this up!": I started JUDDD on 3/22/2012 and weighing this morning (after a DD yesterday), I have lost a total of 11 pounds.

I feel great and I'm not preoccupied with food or my next choices, haven't had hunger that I couldn't satisfy, in all, it's been extremely easy for me. To be fair, I have spent a good portion of last week out in the backyard and garden and my activity level has been pretty good, so I imagine that has contributed to the loss. But I wasn't out there busting my behind all day, every day, either, as we had several days of rain most of the day and I was inside puttering around but nothing strenuous.

Anyway, this is the easiest thing I've ever done and am kicking myself for not trying it sooner. In my earlier lithe and lean days I ate fairly close to this type of eating pattern. WHY did I ever stray from that?!?

I'm a metabolic mess so I don't anticipate my atypical results will inspire anyone.
I started mid-October (150) and lost about 5 pounds (145) after a 10 month stall on general LC in about a month. Over the holidays I regained those 5 plus 5 friends by being reckless (155 after New Years). I buckled down too hard and stalled for a month. Got my stuff together the last 6-ish weeks and taken off 9. My last after-down-day weigh was 146.8. I'm up, down, and sideways and seem to be treading water. But that's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

No problem. I do 1750/500 (but most DDs it ends up higher. In fact I seemed to lose better when I kept my DDs at around 700).

That's about the same calorie level I used to lose as well. I ate between 1700-1800 on UDs and the DDs were 500 - 700, usually toward the higher number too I don't know your height, but I'm around 5'6".

Good job on sticking with it.
