2 UD's or do a MD?

Yesterday (a DD) my son said he really wants to celebrate his birthday on Saturday instead of next weekend. So that throws a wrench in my rotation and its the first time. I'm not sure what to do.

Should I try to make today a MD or just do 2 UD's in a row. I can't do another DD for sure.

I am learning too - but if you want UP for tomorrow and yesterday was a DD I would do a MD for today.

I believe that was the advice I was given when I had to switch up my days.

Good luck to you!

Yup, like Carla suggested do today a MD, Saturday your UD and Sunday a DD. No 2 DDs in a row, no 2 UDs in a row, just lots of fun and good JUDDD eating!!

HTH! :hugs: And :birthday: to DS!!

Thanks. I'll dry to do a MD then.

When you calculate a MD do you use your low number from the JUDDD cal. or 500cal? I've been mostly doing 500 cal DD's but my numbers from the JUDDD calculator are 339/1694

It's the number of both days divided by 2. Your MD calories should be what you are doing on your DD and UD, added and then divided. If you are doing a higher DD number, I would use that so, as I figure it, your MD calories would be 1098. :)

Thanks Beeb!

you average what you are doing but there is no reason to go that high. i find after a DD a MD just a couple of hundred cals more seems like a lot. 1700/400 and 1050 for a MD. it doesnt have to be that high.

Yeah, I'd do the MD too! :)
