Makes me think my daily coffee may have saved my butt when I was too lazy to exercise!

I love that the article emphasizes our genomes are much more "plastic" than we ever thought. This means we aren't stuck on the road to some disease or set path of aging! This is a very big deal! We can change ourselves inside and out for the beter with the right tools! (And of course I think JUDDD and other IF/CR are big parts of these tools!).
