MD here (I'm aiming at 1200 cal... let's try anyway !)

B = home made bread with butter + 2 cookies (500)
L = veggies and grain (300)
D = ??? anything worth 400 + a glass of wine :)

the little frog finally stopped bouncing (yes Kissa, I'm a froggy :D) now it just needs to go down...

well today is a DD for me

Pre B = coffee with sf creamer 30
b= 45 cal bread toasted with laughing cow 35
L= salad with strawberries and chicken 250
s if needed chicken broth 5- (depending on how much i drink)
D=ummm the plan is to try the shirataki noodles (still determining the best recipies) with lots of veggies

Not sure about dinner, but DD menus have looked like this so far & they're working so I"m sticking with it!

L - yogurt with apple
D - not planned yet (was really wanting a Whataburger until I went to the website and looked up calories. A whataburger and small fries would be 940 calories but I could make it work so we shall see)

Breakfast - Joseph's Lc pita with pb and honey, pot of apple and strawberry purée
2nd breakfast (my fave meal :)) - homemade Lc granola with strawberries
Lunch - either soup or salad...or both
Dinner - going to a vegan cafe so not sure yet, but at least 2 glasses of red wine ;)

Lovely UD here

Started with a soya flat white and 2 slices of toast and Marmite at the gym, post work out.

Don't know for the rest of the day. But it will be delicious I am sure.

Breakfast my own Egg mcMuffin-been dreaming about this for two days LOL 380 calories
Lunch soup and salad 110 calories
Supper we are going out so not sure what that will be yet but will keep it at around 1100 calories bringing me to a total of around 1600 for the day

thanks to Val, Inthelight, for a great suggestion I need to take my MIL out for lunch tomorrow and wondered how will I do this on a DD-get a salad and any meal I would like-eat the salad and bring home the rest for the next day-GREAT idea!!!

L: Nissan cup-o-noodles (shrimp), cheese curls
D: Ruby Tuesday New Orleans seafood w/2 sides, 4 southwestern spring rolls, diet Pepsi
S: sunsweet individual prunes (4) - yum!

Lots of water today too!! :kicking:

I'm following Beeb's advice (from another thread) of filling my UDs with high-calorie individual foods so that I won't get that "stuffed" feeling - thanks Beeb for the 4-1-1!!!

Awwwww, thanks Lynn!!! :D :shake: Got the idea in going out to ruby tuesday's, planned on ordering my favorite entree meal, and just eat the salad bar and pack the entree in a to-go container for a delicious meal the next day!! :kicking:

I'll have to remember to keep macademia nuts on hand; they are great for an UD in adding calories while enjoying a delicious treat, love them thangs!! :kicking:

L: hot food bar from deli (small portions of onion-marinated avocado, sauteed skirt steak, roast pork, creamed spinach, roasted veggies, bratwurst, cheddar)
D: Chipotle carnitas bowl no rice (with fajita veggies, fresh tomatoes, green tomatillo salsa, shredded cheese, guacamole)

About 1440 calories, so there's plenty of room for extra snacks or wine or whatever else I'm in the mood for tonight. TOM is due tomorrow, so I'm leaning heavily towards chocolate. :yummy:

Took a couple of sips of coffee this morning. Nope. Did not want it.

One bite of yogurt. Nope. Not that either.

Unlike my last UD where I was eating all day and want to feel full, full, full...

Today I just don't have an appetite at all! None!

Tried one bite of leftover turkey breast. Nope.

I'm just drinking water and gonna try my hot cocoa/mocha cappucino w/ coconut oil. Maybe that will make me happy.

DH and I are going to dinner and a movie tonight. Hope I have my appetite by then!!
