S: sunsweet individual prunes (4) - yum!

Lots of water today too!!

I'm following Beeb's advice (from another thread) of filling my UDs with high-calorie individual foods so that I won't get that "stuffed" feeling - thanks Beeb for the 4-1-1!!!
Had a change with dinner; we went over to Ruby Tuesday to eat in, and with the weather being gorgeous, there was a wait!! We didn't want to do that, so we went next door to Burger King and got burgers and fries -- and I'm still under my calorie count -- I'm full and done eating for the day, but to know that I could eat more if I want is unbelievable!!!!!

1 glass is just a smidge, so yes, 2 glasses is just a wee bit (more).

Didn't follow my plans at all except for the smoothie after my workout.

Then for lunch I had a piece of toast with cream cheese & smoked salmon and some baby carrots. yum.

Snack was an apple with peanut butter.

Dinner was 3 half bagels (sprouted wheat). One with pizza sauce, bacon, & cheese, another with sauce, chicken & spinach, & cheese, and a third with 1000 Island dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef & swiss cheese...all melty and browned under the broiler. Delish!

Now I'm finishing the day with some dark chocolate and wine. Right at my calories.

No, after those 2 glasses of wine, I seemed to be done eating and drinking. Bed soon.

Looking forward to BRIGHT BOTTOM DAY tomorrow! LET'S HAVE A BB DAY!

Except I have no bright bottoms, lol, but I'll be bright on top!
