Hum, I can't say I've had that. I get cold on down days (or at least I did, while the weather was cold, now that it's warmed up a bit I'm not noticing that as much).

I've been HOT all week. I was really COLD the week before. I'd say that it's normal, cause I don't want to think that I'm just crazy!

I am usually cold on my DDs but I will say I have noticed hardly any heated moments/hot flashes since I started JUDDD.

Over-heating is not the norm on DD. But it could be the way your metabolism gears up. (Those of us who shivered through the winter would be jealous.)

Are you eating anything thermogenic like hot pepper of coconut oil? Eating CO always leaves me sweating.
