Was doing great at under 500 but now a friend is dropping in as she has just heard she has got her MA. Champagne will push it up to 700. No matter, I am maintaining.

Yes, you'll do fine at 700. Maintenance is flexible and wonderful on JUDDD. Enjoy.

But I was able to go over 5 hours between the last DD meal today and first FD meal by dealing with this head hunger, so yay. And I'm glad I made myself wait even though I could have eaten a couple hundred more calories in the DD part of the day.

Anyway, dinner was grilled steak and a veggie stir-fry with lots of fresh veggies of course, and rice and lo mein noodles stirred in, and a Simply Asian sauce packet, along with more soy sauce and some water. Yum! Ate a bunch.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Had a wonderful Up Day with three other old gal pals! So much fun and laughter.

late morning: 16 oz caramel latte

later lunch: 8 oz rare steak with rice pilaf, broccoli, & toasted garlic bread, lemon water

supper: small turkey/peas/potatoes TV-type dinner

evening snack: 1 cup chocolate ice cream

****** says 1750 calories, so this is a real *light-weight* Up Day for me.

DD for me.

Fasted through breakfast and lunch.

Dinner was a larger than usual fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie that totaled 297 delicious calories.
