I also make a gluc "jello" with 2 cups water, 3 packets of wal-Mart brand cyrstal light look alikes in the fruit flavor, 1 T of glucomannan. Slowly whisk the gluc into the water which you have already dissolved the red flavor packets. I like mine cold so I make it a day ahead. It isn't as thick as Jello.
I love to experiment.

That sounds good.

Yesterday's experiment was
1/2 scoop Jay Robb Tropical Dreamsicle protein powder
2 squirts SF DaVinci Lemon
1 Cup water

Very refreshing. I suspect the Jay Robb pina colada would be good with SF coconut too.

Thanks for the suggestions about that evasive Bernice! I forgot that I had some magnesium (for previous leg cramps) and have now added it to my morning supplements. It's always nice to have additional options (colace, gluc jelly) too. Thanks for sharing. I will definitely remember them if the Mg doesn't work.

RE: My stabilizations/weight. I guess from my transition from hcg to JUDD, I wasn't thinking about the typical P3 stabilization stage. I was very unhappy with my loss this round and actually wanted to keep up with the hcg round. However, bc I was going up and down the same 1-2 lbs and stalling left and right (Even eating clean/protocol), I decided to see if I could just go to JUDDD and keep losing. If possible, I'd like to lose the weight and not "stabilize" at this weight. I guess I was just expecting to lose a little bit and not increase. I like the idea of tracking my weights, to give me an idea what to expect next month.

Thanks again for all the feedback and relaying of personal experiences. Now, I'm back to reading that thread on what our fears are. So many great threads and posts on here!!!

Oh Bella!

From the info you gave us, you are not doing anything wrong.

Different metabolisms move at different speeds. But ultimately, JUDDD does work for almost every metabolism. From what Shirley said, JUDDD is going to work for you!

It is very likely something is adjusting or healing or stabilizing inside of you right now and you are going to begin losing in the next week or two.

I suggest you go back to the January threads. We had a wonderful influx of newbies then. You will see post after post that synopsize to "Why isn't this working ...... never mind". A lot of those newbies are still here offering excellent advice and updating their stats regularly.

On a minimally related note: Shirley! Glad you are about to dive into the dark side!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Second... you are perfectly stable, so may I ask why you are concerned about how JUDDD is going? You are less than your LDW according to your stats and that is AWESOME... YOU GO GIRL!! Were you hoping to lose right away?? That would be a concern IMO. I think using JUDDD to help you stabilize in phase 3... then start tweeking you cal allotment to lose starting in phase 4 is a better plan then trying to use JUDDD to lose in phase 3. IMO, your body needs to just be stable for a while before trying to lose again.. the hcg protocol is TOUGH on the body, it stressed the adrenals, thyroid, etc. So being stable eating a nutrient dense diet is AWESOME...

Third, if you are not familiar with the health benefits of activating the SIRT1 Gene through JUDDDing then I'd suggest you do some research. I'm 40 and am REALLY excited about what I'm reading regarding the HEALTH benefits of JUDDDing. Thus... I'll be starting soon. I'm just ending phase 3 of my last round of hcg.

So IMO, your stats look awesome. I've read that not everyone loses the first couple weeks... so you are doing great. You may benefit from weekly weighing verses daily weighing.. I know it is against Simeons protocol. BUT you are stable as a rock girl... so if the little ups and downs bother you they are adding stress to you which does not allow your body to heal from the stress of the hcg protocol... IMO.

Whatever you decide... you are VERY stable... and you really should be so extremely proud of yourself!!
Hi Shirley! So glad you popped in with this very helpful information. And we you to JUDDD!

On the magnesium - I have tweaked that supp a lot so it will work or else!

The most effective way to take it is right before bed on a mostly empty stomach. I stopped shelling out more money for citate and now just buy the Walmart cheapy type which is in oxide form. You get two bottles of 100 250mg caps for less than $5. I take four a night and when I use iron (mine is low) I use 5.

Drink your coffee in the morning before eating and that seems to help activate things. Make sure a bathroom is handy.

I love veggies and am making sure that I eat them along with taking my the fiber gummies (and my daily espresso). Unfortunately, she really does NOT like visiting me. I even try to entice her with upping my water. Sigh.
I found that when I increased my fat intake, my BMs became more regular. Also, my daughter (11yo) has serious constipation problems, and her doc has her take a half-dose of Miralax every other day. She says it's okay for every day, but every other works for us.
