WOE: LC for ME!
i was coasting along so great today... did my 2 big cups of coffee with a half of a protein shake in each for breakfast, cup of broth for a snack and then a coco cake with the laughing cow cheese. Felt great. Decided I was going to pick up some chicken and make a low cal chicken dinner. I got up to put my shoes on and had to make a mad dash for the bathroom.

My stomach is all crampy now and I'm hungry but the thought of eating makes me want to throw up.

So, add 10 almonds to the mix. Haven't had clemmies or veggies yet.

It's a DD and I'm not peeing like I normally do. I have a feeling the scale will be unfriendly tomorrow.

Wish I'd remembered to take my reading earlier than I did, but at 45 min. my BG was 135. Not so great, cause who knows how high it went before I caught it... anyway I bounced on rebounder for 2 min. A little before an hour PP it was 118, a little after an hour it was 106, so that's good.

Adding: Just found this on bloodsugar 101 blog: normal people's blood sugar fluctuates and may reach the upper 130s an hour after eating and then drop back to normal. The only time you might have a valid concern if your blood sugar at one hour is spiking into the 130s is if it is still in the 130s two hours after eating and even three hours after eating. So that makes me feel better.
Had a glass of wine earlier too.

Nothing since the meal above, except water and a few little tastes of dinner as it cooked.

8 p.m. fried beef with onion, peppers, rice and Philly Cooking Cream (Santa Fe) with about a cup of milk and broth added to thin it a bit.
1/2 c. leftover corn.
2 glasses wine (so far)

It was sooo good, Katie. Thankfully, I'm able to control myself, but honestly, refined sugary carbs like that have always been a bit of a problem for me. I noticed a couple hours later, I wanted something else sweet! It was as though the donut had set off a craving. I had to firmly remind myself I'd already had the donut which was something far, far sweeter than I'd even needed in the first place, and that was gonna have to be that. lol. Of course my dinner before the donut was fairly carby too, with the rice and corn.

Hope you're feeling much better now since your d&c!

Had clemmies and veggies and also a few bites of cheese and taco meat. It was a higher DD, but still low enough to be called a DD. And, I can, in fact, predict the future... I am up!
