Cooking and baking on My UP DAY!

I have doing great. Super busy with the garden.
I have decided since my will thinking power is back in check over food. And i'm at my goal wt. of 133. Sohappy to still say that number. And I'm not a scale junkie.
Yesterday, Monday was to be a dd for me. I didn't make my UD cal numbers Sunday due too I was full after eating my appetizer for evening meal..large bowl of home popped popcorn. With real butter of course, and had two regular beers (full cal.with carbs) in the evening. So I was satisfied and very tired. Went to bed with 1,500 calories. Which should of been 2,000 ish. So I was short.
Today I'm well and still at 133.
So I'm experimenting with eating more normal on my UD. So I can reach closer to 2,000 cal goal.
I cant eat 2,000 calories of salad, and carrots, tuna, apples...I've tried.
By evening time i'd have the ver-burps. No pretty!
So here i go working toward adding my old time fav foods on UD.
I have cinnamon rolls raising, and pinto beans cooking, and corn bread ready to make for this evenings dinner. With JUddd minded it's so nice to know that I can eat the above!! With control tonight.
TMW is dd. no cin roll then. BUT TODAY,YES!
Bake to baking!

Seriously I am hungry reading about the yummilicious food you've got in the works! Cinnamon rolls... mmmmm bean and cornbread...mmmmm

Wow. Cinnamon rolls and pinto beans and corn bread. You are just hopping right in!

Enjoy your higher carb foods, and don't be surprised that there may be some gain on the scale from water weight regain, but if you aren't a scale junkie, that's not likely to bother you at all.

I'm fasting a good Down Day today, but the pinto beans and corn bread really sound good. I'll try to work those into one of my UDs soon.

Enjoy your gardening. That's what we've been doing up here in Iowa these last several days. Glorious weather, early spring, green grass, and leaves coming out on the trees. The winter-that-hardly-was has turned into the spring-that-lifts-our-hearts.

Beans are something I've had very few of for over a year now. I need to bring them back into my diet. I'm thinking chili sounds really good. Maybe Friday I'll make a big pot.
