These are the Blue Diamond ones and they're definitely good, especially if you like salt & vinegar chips.

Chocolate protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk (slowly getting used to that "milk"). Up to 355 calories. FD starts up in 50 min.

L boiled egg

D homemade carrot and mint soup, one piece of DHs Beef Cannelloni.

S, one digestive biscuit, one glass sweet sherry, one slice of homemade, low fat, fruit cake. (not cooked by me.)

I think around 650 - 700. That is OK on maintenance....

Almond Breeze now has a coconut almond blend that is very good. It's 60 calories rather than 40 but well worth the flavor to me.

Add two chocolate chip cookies. I'm way full right now. I kinda wish this was a DD, I'm having major anxiety issues and don't want to eat.

Ah no, sorry to hear that! I hope things straighten out asap. If you really can't/don't want to eat, can you make it a MD out of the calories you have accumulated so far, and then go on with your UD tomorrow? Take care!

I fiddled with my meals a bit so I'm under 500 cal for the day. In the process I came up with a new concoction.

Dreamsicle Lemon Glucomannan Chiffon

1 Cup water
1/2 scoop Jay Robb Tropical Dreamsicle protein powder
1 tsp glucomannan powder
2 splashes DaVinci SF Lemon Syrup

Blend in Magic Bullet.
Absolutely divine.

DD today after yesterday's birthday FREE DAY. It was free, but I still checked my calories the best I could...I was pretty close to (if not over) the 3000 mark. However, the scale was only up 1.4 this morning.

Today...
B: coffee w/ h&h
L: none
D: cheesy/bacon/chicken & cabbage, spoonful of mashed potatoes
S: a small handful of springtime m&m's

Ate the raspberries and clementines, but nix the pea soup. It went in the fridge for tomorrow's DD. I had more of those darn M&Ms instead. I need to portion that stuff out. Every time I bring a bag of candy into work, I think, "Oh, I'll just bring the bag so I can have leftovers all week." Yeah....no....never happens.

OK SERIOUSLY, I'll be there in an hour!

As for mac and cheese, my Mother in Law has this old cookbook from the 50's and they had many incarnations of this delicious dish. One was basically tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and cooked pasta - put all in the oven and bake. My mom used to make this skillet mac and cheese to use up leftover steak with velveeta and tomatoes. My sister and I did the same, but used tomato paste. If I made it today, I'd use real cheese, but I love the added tomato flavor and the meat - gives it something!

I rarely retain water, but my hands were swollen this morning, so I think the pastrami sandwich yesterday came back to haunt me. No increase on the scale though, so I'm pleased with that.
Dinner ended up being 7 oz. swai with old bay, italian vegetables, and spray butter.

I also had a SF Reese's PB cup mini, "just because I could."
