Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
UD here, and played hookie from work.

Breakfast with my honey at whataburger. I had the big breakfast. It has eggs, sausage, a biscuit and hashbrowns. I didn't eat the hash browns. 750 calories!
Lunch will be chicken salad
Dinner will be a turkey burger homemade, no bun. With salad and steamed veggies.
snacks, nuts, yogurt, apple, nothing. Don't know yet.
Cals will be under 1800 hopefully. Maybe a glass of wine this evening.

Sort of! Zero calories too! Did you ever used to eat Ramen Noodles? Exactly the same IMO!

I like it for a change from the cabbage, because it does have lots of fiber that I really need. It absorbs the flavor of the veggies and spices that you cook it in. I spritz with my Braggs Liquid Amino's another Zero calorie spray and it gives it a bit of a soy taste.

I don't think my cough drops are sugar free. I had to take one before my class this morning because I have to be able to talk. I'm going to walgreens now to get a bag of sf cough drops & more saline and see if I can find something to help me keep my voice through a 3 hour class tonight.... yes I'm the teacher!

Hey! I'm still in p3 d18 so technically 3 days left till p4 but I never really left p3 first round and don't really plan too this round either, I like low carbing it lol, with a little indulgence here and there. I JUDDD! I've had no issues and maintain any where from right at LIW to .6 under so I can't complain at all! Think I got it easier on DD's because of HCG lol. I also love how JUDDD can let me have that popcorn or pb sammich without the huge consequences I suffered in p3 without JUDDD...I'm pretty happy with this WOE!

I have to teach tonight so I'd like my biggest meal to be right before I leave so I have the energy to come home LOL

(i teach intro to computes to adults 1 night a week)

I had 2 coffees with a total of 1 protein drink split between them for 100 calories
a Cannon cake with laughing cow lite garlic & herb for 41

I can't get over how good that laughing cow cheese is!

side question, I know UD, DD, MD but what is FD?

FD stands for Free Day. Usually, folks who are maintaining do the FD on weekends.
