Any LC judders have ideas about dd meals

I'm giving this another try. What do u low carbers eat for a dd. For example can I have more lettuce/ cabbage and add a few more carbs then I do typically on my normal LC diet ?? Ok here's what my idea is for tomorrow
Tofu Shiratake n spinach- 50 cals 2 net carbs
1 huge bag spinach - -50 cals 6 carbs
1 huge bag cabbage--50 Cals 7 carbs
Chicken breast -110 cals 1 carb
Tofu shiratake- 40 cals 2 carbs
1 can hearts of palm 60 cals 5 carbs
Sf jello- 80 cals 3 g carbs
Ham - 120 cals 2 g carb
Almond milk 35 cals 1 g carb
I also plan on having sf gum and add mio flavoring to my water --- more carbs... I want to be able to be full without adding alot of cals
These foods help
Any other suggestions

hard boiled egg whites are 18 calories per egg. All protein and quite filling for me.
one cube of chicken for broth 5 calories
one egg is 75 calories
tilapia filet 110 calories
coffee with HWC

I am not LC'ing but those are LC foods I eat on DD's.

There is a sticky at the top for low(er) carb DD ideas. Plus the DD food porn thread.

I LOVE zuchinni lately. Saute with spray Olive oil. 2 lbs for 145 calories, and I snack on it through the day. I eat canned tuna on Light wasa crackers, with or without WW or LC cheese.

Strawberries, 9 calories per oz, pretty low in carbs.

Shrimp, I have found some shrimp at 70 calories for 4 oz. Love this with shirataki noodles and spicy tomato sauce!

just a few ideas... good luck!

Low-calorie protein really helps me: Shrimp, fish, chicken, egg whites, deli thin ham or turkey.

-Egg white omelets filled with veggies, maybe a Laughing Cow cheese wedge.
-Stir fried protein above and stir-fried veggies or the coleslaw mix and lots of seasinings.
-salmon or tilapia filet with veggies.
-sandwich on low-cal bread with tuna, ham or turkey, dressing, veggies, side of pickle.
-Salad with protein of your choice, lots of veggies, low-cal dressing.
-Wasa lite or other low-cal cracker/carrier for a little cream cheese or regular cheese, ham or turkey, and hot sauce, pickles, etc.
-Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe bar with hot tea or black coffee.

only eat soy if you want to depress thyroid function. few people struggling with weight need to do that. and you dont care that it is all genetically modified.

WOE: 90%/10% Primal and Low-Carb
Shirataki noodles (not the tofu ones) 0 carbs/0 cals
All your usual low-carb veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, radishes(also good cooked like potatoes), green onions, zucchini, yellow squash, etc.
Salsa (check label), tabasco sauce, sirracha sauce, chili garlic paste, ponzu sauce, tiger sauce, picapeppa sauce.
Mustard, dijonnaise. Add sweetener or zero cal syrup to mustard for a sweet mustard.
Sauces can be tricky both on carbs and calories (and sodium).
Curry powder is low-carb and low-cal and can add a lot of flavor.
Tuna (in water), tilapia, chicken breasts, lean beef, sardines(in water), shrimp, oysters, mussels, etc.
I don't count the calories or carbs in spices.

I like to keep down days easy, and not involve lots of cooking. I sort of consider them my respite from the kitchen.

some meals I like:

4 oz smoked salmon w/ dill
1 scrambled egg w/some bacon or sausage in it
The Trader Joe's shrimp stir fry that is 175 cals for the whole bag
Campbells beef & vegetable soup (1 can is 220-ish cals, and takes a long time to eat if you sip slowly)
3 or 4 ounces of good quality ham with a little mustard
can of sardines
hummus with lots of raw veggies for dipping
egg-drop soup (broth, soy sauce, egg, green onion)

Oh yes SOUP!!
Campbell's and Progresso both have some GREAT soups for 50-80 calories per serving, with 2 servings per can.

Love the southwest Vegetable and Italian Veg!

I do protein shakes still on DD. Ummm....grilled chicken. Laughing Cow cheese wedges. I have a very boring diet on DD, keeps me from cheating.

On a typical down day, I either have only coffee for breakfast, or coffee and a raw egg/almond milk shake. In the afternoon I may have a low carb yogurt or a hardboiled egg and some more coffee. For dinner, a big green salad, or green beans, and a lean protein. Depending on my dinner protein, this is usually 550-600 calories and way under 20 carbs.

on a DD i usually eat only homemade buffalo jerky. so i can have the equivalent of 57 g protein for breakfast for 240 cals. therefore no hunger all day. then a little more protein and a veggie later in the day for a total of 400 cals.
