So surprised! Up my usual 1 lb but I concentrated on that water yesterday.

Today my sodium will be a bit high too, so will gulp gulp my 64 oz of h20

Up .6 today....less than expected. Though from experience, more may show up tomorrow. I'm weird.

Gunpoint wouldn't have made me step on the scale this morning

Annual party at home of a great cook--attended by great cooks bearing goodies. Guacamole (it's green), perfect corned beef and all the trimmings, my homemade Irish soda bread (sooo good) and brownies with mint chocolate chips. Plus 2 glasses of Prosecco.
Not even having a DD today--but a MD instead (I know that isn't the proper order,but Monday and Wed will be easier DDs for me)
but I'm in this for the rest of my life and I know I'll be back down by Thursday ...
and the Irish soda bread, toasted, this morning was great

I so agree. I had an mad and wonderful food day yesterday too. The kind that would be a diet wrecker on any other way of eating.

I am enjoying my DD today, and was even able to squeeze in a hangover healing cheese and ham toastie!

Not weird, since I'm the same way and I know a lot of us are too. Water weight gains or gains from overeating rarely shows up the very next day for me, or at least not completely. I always see it 2 days or so after. Then again it's the same for losing that weight. It won't drop the very next day, but usually takes a couple or more days. That's why I gain after DDs and lose after UDs from time to time.

It always goes down though. That's what I love about this woe.
