And just how am I supposed to count this?

Today's plans totally got changed when I ended up spending half the day shopping with dh. Didn't get my planned breakfast or lunch. So when we hit Sam's (will never do that on a Saturday again LOL) around 1:30 we were hungry and they had tons of samples out. And I had one (and sometimes 2) of everything. Nothing sugary (thank goodness!). But you know how high in calories all that pre-packaged food can be.

Thankfully, it's an UD. I've revamped my dinner plans to a reuben which I've calculated to be 483. I usually shoot for 1750-1850 on UDs but the calc. gives me 1500 something without counting exercise (which I do 6-7 times a week). Think I'm okay???? I feel like I *could* skip dinner altogether. But I was looking forward to having corned beef.

If it's an UD I'd eat the corned beef

I'd eat it too. I don't know, I doubt you had 1300 calories of samples. But even if you are a little over, what's the worst that can happen? You are a little up tomorrow (which you may be anyway with all the sodium in that and the corned beef), and you take care of it with a couple of good DD's.

Oh I did! And it was yummy.

The scale ended up jumping up a little over a pound which is normal for after an UD for me so I think I was safe calorie wise. I get a little OCD about counting calories sometimes and it drives me crazy when I can't really calculate what I'm eating (especially when I have the willpower to be good). LOL I'm learning I can let that go with this WOE.
