Product review: VitaTops Deep Chocolate -v- Fiber One Brownie
Pros: Deep chocolaty flavor, a little dry but not bad. I ate it cold, so may be better room temp or slightly warmed.
Cons: I can't find them locally so I have to order them. The hungry girl newsletter often has special offers though, just have plenty of freezer room!
100 cals; 26g carbs; 9g fiber; 11g sugar.
NGREDIENTS: Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Sugar, Egg Whites, Inulin, Chocolate Drops, Cocoa Powder, Soy Fiber, Dried Honey, Wheat Gluten, Leavening (Potassium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Tricalcium Phosphate, Lecithin, Chocolate Flavor, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Natural Sweetener (Rebiana), Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folic acid, Iron, Biotin, Zinc. CONTAINS EGG, SOY AND WHEAT.
Fiber One Brownie: (peanut butter chocolate)
Pros: locally in most major grocery stores. Fairly inexpensive.
Cons: Dryer than the vita. Has a chalky cocoa like flavor more than a chocolate flavor. I couldn't find the plain chocolate, and the peanut butter flavor was a little odd on this. Not awful, but not as good as the vita. Also a little smaller.

I like the more natural ingredients in the Vita.
As a side note, even though I liked the Vita a lot better than the Fiber One, DH didn't care for the Vita. He does not like Stevia and that seems to be the major sweetener in the Vita (Natural Sweetener (Rebiana)).
