For those that like workout DVDs!!!

I bought a new dvd from amazon that i think you guys should check out!!! It is a Tabata DVD. It is the only one out there and it is wonderful!!! If you want just an awesome calorie burn with no frills this is great. Its by Amy Dixon. Tabata is kind of like HIIT (high intensity interval training), except even tougher. Basically the DVD has 8 drills, each drill you do 8 times for 20 sec and then rest for 10 sec. There are 3 women on the dvd, each doing a different level. Amy will have a rest period between each drill and show you each level for each person and then you pick what level you think you can handle. I have been more sticking with Amy on level 2. I pity the chick doing level 3, she is in great shape!!! This dvd is one of my favorites now. I try to do it at least 2 times per week. It will kick your butt!!!!

Which one? I see two, "Give me 10 more" and "Breathless Body". I am ready for something more intense. I just hope that I can do it without dying!

Love Tabata - if you Google "The World's Fastest Workout" a great one will come up that is only 4 min. It is a killer.

Oh, I found it on YOUTUBE, and omg!!! It is a killer! I will definitely be the "beginner" girl. It is the Breathless Body by Amy Dixon.

I watched the 4 minute and all I can say, is that is so hard to believe that all that exercise is only 4 minutes, because I am sure it feels like much longer than 4 when doing this!

It does seem longer! I only do it a couple times of week when I do not have time to fit in a workout.

It is breathless body, and it is a killer. I need to check that one out on youtube. The dvd is so awesome because everything is also split into segments. So if you only want to do 1 or 2 or whatever of the exercises you can. They are also 4min each drill. I always the whole DVD and i am dripping wet when i finish. I could see doing just a couple of the drills when i dont have a lot of time. Especially the high knees and the jumping jacks. Its a great DVD. Just pure calorie burn is all it is.
