I order 50lb bags of organic coconut palm sugar when it goes on sale. It is a fabulous tool, especially when you want to bake. Hubby loves it in coffee--the slight molasses flavor makes him very happy.

That is a lot of coconut sugar Wow!! I thought 25 lb bags of almond flour was a lot to buy at once. Now I hear you buy 50 lbs at once? You must like it a lot !

The price makes it worthwhile. And my hubby and sons expect me to COOK. You raise foodies they make demands. We have a lot of food five-gallon buckets with gamma seals in the pantry.

I think 50 lbs of sugar would last me the rest of my life. And then some.

Well, now that I thought about it, we do use about a lb every 2 months. Bf uses the majority of it, but I will have a teaspoon every now and then. So that's six lbs a year, but still... Oh, and that includes very occasional baking. I think I last baked anything with sugar at Thanksgiving. It's only the two of us though.
