UD!

Am I crazy to even think of weighing after 1 DD? Probably.

I'm working on a cup of coffee with H&H. Not sure what else I'm going to eat today because we're going out tonight.... but I also woke up all congested & with a sore throat, so I may not be going out tonight....

They are made from the root of the Konjac yam. I think you're thinking of shiitake mushrooms. Sounds quite similar.

Yes that is exactly what I was thinking! I'm allergic to mushrooms and all the recipes I keep seeing with Shiratake noodles looked so good but I thought I couldn't have them! Awesome thanks!

Well it turns out I needed all the food I put away at about 4 p.m. yesterday because I didn't get to eat anything again for 8 hours, and then it was just a small snack before bed.

And, today I'm down 2# in my maintenance range to boot!

Our bodies know what they are doing when we have these appetite attacks and also periods of non-hunger, I'd say.

Anyway, this day could go several ways. One of my closest friends just moved back to the States and is coming over to visit in a while. I've only seen her a couple times in the last couple years. Not sure if we'll go out to eat for lunch or eat here.

I'm having black coffee at the moment.

So far only a soya flat white.

Managed to top up my supply of Shiratake Noodles and Yam Cake so think that and veggies with chicken tonight. Might give it a Thai taste.

Yes I am in London, most of the time.

Here you go! Difference Between Flat White and Latte | Difference Between

A flat white is also always a 'small' coffee, around 250ml

Annie and Mint I hear ya!! Unfortunately, my hangover will be on Monday at work. Oh, here's a thought, maybe I shouldn't drink too much at the party....

DD
I have a performance tonight so I don't want to feel faint so I will have about 500 cals today.....oooohh...usually have about 350.

late b-HB egg, and 2 Kavli crisp bread, coffe w/ ff hnh

early dinner-broccoli and grilled chix breast, or maybe not. Not sure. Then something when I get home.

Tomorrow I will have my first MD, so not sure what to have. I am allowed about 1000 by my calcs. Any ideas?
