Upset I wasted so many cals on a crappy breakfast

DD
B - 1 egg + egg beaters, red pepper, spinach, feta and daikon fauxtatoes - 200
L/D - big ol salad w/ a salmon patty and Ken's lite dressing - 300
S - tea all day, don't think I have enough cals for cream 0-50

Had a pleasant UD yesterday and feel cranky that I have to do DD today. Everyone always seems happy about DDs, just me?

No, not just you. I try to convince myself that they're nice because I feel skinnier not eating so much, but I UDs.

They are a means to an end so I try to make the best of them. But no, I am not thrilled to see one nor do I look forward to them. I just really love what the scale tells me after one though.

I don't love them or dislike them. I kind of feel the same about them as I do about UDs. They're just another day with it's own set of challenges and rewards. Hope they get easier for you.

Well, the fair got rained out, so I made myself a beautiful little salad with artisan lettuce, olives, and campari tomatoes topped with a dab of homemade guacamole and herb vinaigrette, plus a gorgeous omelet filled with diced vegetables and spinach sauteed in olive oil and a slice of Swiss cheese thrown in for good measure.
A true delight for the taste buds.
Will get my fair fare on Saturday.

Love this time of year!!

Was out running errands and picked up a package of strawberries... when I was done with them there were about 4 or 5 left. I ate about 12 oz of strawberries!!

Amazingly they kept me pretty full! 90 calories on strawberries!! And they were DELICIOUS!
