I can share that feeling today! DBF and i made NYStrip sandwiches today on french bread with mushrooms, peppers, and onions. 850 calories! He even went light on the oil and butter when cooking the veggies! So much fun to grill out and make one of our fav dinners! Best part is i got to eat half for lunch with some sides and half for dinner! Gotta make it last.

Summertime - when the living and the food is easy and good! Grilling out, garden veggies - including corn on the cob, potatoes, all the good stuff that used to be "forbidden"!

Yep, that's what I'm talking about -- delicious sweet corn on the cob, beefsteak tomatoes stuffed with whatever you want to stuff it with, hot dogs and hamburgers on a bun!!!!! I'm feeling giddy ...
