Rotation question for those in the know

Today was supposed to be a DD, but due to a very enticing lunch invite that I could not refuse, it turned into a MD. What should tomorrow be? DD? TIA!

You could do that, or just keep your regular rotation and not worry about it. It's up to you. If you find that you just can't do a DD tomorrow, keep it the UD and make Friday's DD a good one!

Interesting.

I would have said, if you set your rotation as a best fit to your life, then just maintain that rotation.

If the DD/UD pattern does not really matter then seriously look at how much you ate.

If the calories at that delicious lunch brought you very close to an UD, then make the next day a DD.

If the calories were closer to a DD, then make the next day an UD. That way, if your body is at least somewhat calorie stressed you ensure the stress is broken.

Ultimately, JUDDD is an opportunity to learn what your body needs to lose weight AND be healthy.

Going off track once in a while is part of life. It is going to happen and that is alright. If it happens infrequently, it is nbd: experiment to find out what you need to stay on the health/weight loss train and just keep chugging along. If it happens frequently, then it probably will slow down or stop your weight loss.

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Combining JUDDD rotations with PHD foods got me to goal with greatly improved health (and a drive to boogie-boogie-boogie all night long).

Because I had planned for yesterday to be a DD, I hadn't eaten anything before lunch and lunch was a true MD. I ate sensibly, but calories were way above a DD and way to low for an UD.

I'm not worried about getting off track. I know it happens. Especially with my life (4 kids= events always going on)
