Heading towards maintance....

If I were to go by the scale today I would be ready for maintance but I realize I really don't know what that means in the food sense. How does this change my numbers on ud(1840)dd(500 or less)?

It means you can go back to the JUDDD counter and enter your new stats, then put in maintenance at the different levels and see what it gives you. More to eat!

Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
I decided to raise my DD numbers. I am currently doing 50% of UD, so 800/1600. This is working well for me, so I'm going to keep with it unless something changes.

Congrats on getting to goal!

Just to give my experience in maintenance, I started experimenting with having FDs in place of UDs, while monitoring my weight daily to make sure it didn't go up. When it didn't, I have since made every UD a FD. I do keep a sort of loose mental tally of calories in my head at first just to make sure I'm getting up near the UD limit, and then I forget about it and continue to eat whatever/whenever the rest of the FD.

Also, I increased my DD calories.

I mess around with various types of IF too, I don't always do strict JUDDD. I do modified version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDDg sometimes, and been doing Fast 5 lately - or at least a modified version of it. All my modifications make things easier for me, less thinking and besides.... I just can't follow directions, must always change things up!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Thanks...gonna try to add more to my dd's as I do between 300-400 now and keep my ud around the same and see what happens. Sometime after eating breakfast and lunch on dd's I am just not hungry the rest of the day. I hope this all plays out well and then I can really enjoy this freeing lifestyle of eating and focus on other things.

Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
i am maintaining right now. I may decide to go down a little more but right now im too happy eating this way to mess with it. Im hanging out between 143 and 146 and i eat up to 2000 cals on UD's and 400 to 600 on DD's.
Maintaining with JUDDD is wonderful!!!!
