I can't say this enough!! JUDDD wants you to eat!! YES, EAT!! It works best when done as suggested for most people so don't tweak those UD calorie numbers for a bit if at all. I know, maybe they seem high and this is why most of us take an average of several different calorie counting sites to see what our best numbers are. Find out those numbers and then find out what would happen if you ate as suggested for you UD first. I will guarantee that those UD calorie numbers will work for you, as high as they may seem!
I will also BET that you will see great results if you "do it as suggested" first!! YOU GOTTA EAT!!

Yes, I've been in starvation mode and it ain't pretty. Losing little to no weight, despite working very hard to restrict calories and exercise too...always cold, no energy. Trust me, you don't want that!
Eat on your up days! You can restrict on down days to your heart's content, but the weightloss is pretty effortless if you respect those numbers. |

I do this!
I even upped my UD and DD cals a bit for exercise since I calculated now based on my goal weight. I feel like it gives me a cushion for those up up and away days! My average cals is still around 1330, so that's really low enough to lose weight. I'm not worried.You are awesome beeb! Thank you for all the great advice! |

I'm hoping to raise mine back up a little once I figure out my meds. I'm thinking the thyroid issue might have been what was slowing me down, so I'm excited to be able to add a little bit back in the future.
On the other hand, this is my second DD on the meds and I'm HUNGRY! I woke up hungry, which is unusual for me. ![]() |
