I figured I'd just cut out coffee tomorrow, but if it doesn't have any calories and I'm planning on drinking the shakes anyway.... I'll report back in the morning.

Yes! Thanks for reminding me.

I put about half of a vanilla ready made shake in my coffee. It's not bad! It's not creamy, but that's ok.

Hi,

I found an unsweetened vegan protein shake mix at the local health food store (I can't eat dairy so that rules out most commercial shakes) and I mix it with a little almond or coconut milk and water. Usually I've been drinking one per day for lunch on down days for about 120 calories.

Add 1/8 tsp glucomannan powder? It might give that creamy feel.

Jay Robb has egg white protein powder on his website if you haven't tried it yet.
It comes in Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

I'm not sure if egg is on your list.
