Count all your food and write it down before you put it into your mouth, that should help stop the binges and make you accountable to your food. It's easy enough to eat 5 tablespoons of peanut butter, but if you write it down on your paper before the spoon ever goes in your mouth? 1 tablespoon peanut butter: 100 cals... after you eat that one tablespoon do you keep going back for much more when you have to keep adding up those 100 cals BEFORE you can enjoy it? Not me anyways! When I look at that and think Oooooof 500 cals, I'd much rather spend that on something else!
