I LOVE IT!
And it's even more appropriate because I'm always FREEZING!!!

May I print it and use it for a tattoo if I go that route?

I think that would be an awesome idea for embroidering t-shirts or tote bags or whatever. You could make a living off just us Buddds! Well for a little while anyway.

Fabulous!

Another idea for our JUDDD symbol. The snowflake could represent the cold we sometimes feel on DDs.

Pami that is a work of ART!!!

I really like the sirtuin art too. It is complicated and inexplicable...everything JUDDD is not.

Print away, use it if you want. I can make it with another font. This one is called Freestyle Script. They are both the same font; one has the words reading from center outwards, the other has the words from outer edge to the center. The first one I posted is called Santa's Sleigh. I was thinking earlier that I should have a Snuggie with one of these embroidered on the left upper chest. Yep, it's a DD here!

I am not familiar with this. Where could I see an example?

Pami, what about a snowflake with a more pronounced top and bottom "spike" (longer than the ones on the sides and all around) in order to signify the UD and DD? The upper and lower spikes might end in an arrow to signify going up and down. Not sure if I'm being clear Unfortunately, I don't know or have the patience to mess around with it on a drawing program, lol.

Just thinking on this some more.

Snuggie! Of course! And sweatshirts, socks, slippers, robes, parkas, electric blankets. Probably not on bikinis or flip flops.

It really is too complicated - in no way expresses the simplicity of JUDDD. But, it is so totally cool!

Ahhhhhh, thank you! It looks like korker ribbon, cord and beads. I like it, but I
can't think of any "practical" way to put it to use. I'll have to think on this one.

Someone I know has a cool silver necklace with the chemical symbol for caffeine. An idea I like is using the chemical structure of say, resveratrol. I know there was a scandal recently about the scientific studies, but there have also been many studies on it over the years and I don't think it can be discounted as being healthy and help turning on the Sirtuins.

Here's resveratrol:

Here's another version of SIRT1:

This reminds me at first glance of perhaps an explosion, which tangled up toxic waste barrels with the barbwire fence they were previously stored behind.

It's funny, I was e-mailing my aunt about something else and mentioned my weight loss. She asked how I'm doing it, and I of course, gave her a dissertation on JUDDD. She is thin and very fit, in her 50s, and exercises regularly. When I mentioned the other health benefits, she said something about longevity, so I sent her one of Yam-Yam's links.

She responded, "Dawn, I think your next tattoo is going to say 'sirtuins'!"

A new lipstick or two.
Plus, on DD I can wear lipstick and not have it disappear, since I am not eating
