Thanks for allowing me to stop at a service station to get and EAT a Chicken, Bacon and Avocado sandwich while driving up to London.

Thank you for letting me eat the homemade raspberry and rhubard preserves made by DH's elderly aunt that I have been keeping in the freezer. They were delicious on my toast this morning. Sugar high any minute now.

Thank you for showing me that water weight gains on the scale always go back down easily with a few good DDs and sticking to my rotation.

I love weighing every single day, even with the crazy bounces, which is something I never thought I'd ever say just a year ago!

Thank you for freeing me to bake all the beautiful artisan breads I love (not to mention other yummy goodies) for my family, and giving me back the freedom to eat all the healthy foods I had once given up.

Thank you for letting me have the thrill of going into my favorite stores, holding up a pair of jeans, a dress, a shirt, whatever....and saying "There is no way in heck this is going to fit me"-----------AND IT DOES!!! And looks great!

Thank you for saving me from depression and complete lack of energy. I am a new woman who will never, never take that all for granted again!

Great thread idea, Cindy!!!

Thanks to my JUDDD BUDDDs for always being here for me.

Thanks for giving me back my life, without food worries or concerns.

Thank you for making food my "friend" again and not something I have to wrestle with to make fit into my WOE.

Thanks for going to ANY restaurant with no concerns on having to ask them to re-arrange the dinner to fit my WOE!

Thanks for letting me hear these lovely words again: You look wonderful, so nice and thin!! I thought you were 10 years younger than you are!!!

Thanks for making this a WAY OF LIFE and WAY OF EATING FOR LIFE because of it's perfect fit for me, and not just a diet!!!

And thanks for letting me "HAVE ME CAKE AND EAT IT, TOO"!!

Thanks for allowing me to feel so free and eliminate the word 'diet' from my vocabulary.

Thank you for giving me carte blanche eating 3 days a week; sometimes more.

Most especially, thank you to all the JUDDD Buds who give so freely of their advice and expertise!!

Thank you for being a big piece of how to be at peace (!!) with food.

Thank you for helping me see the scale as a simple informational device.

Thank you for giving me free rein in the kitchen again!

Since I'm only on Day 2 of JUDDD, thank you in advance for-
  1. Letting me take FULL advantage of the farmers market this summer - something I didn't do when I was eating strict low carb.
  2. The sushi (and not just sashimi!!!) that I hope to soon eat again.
  3. The flexibility to eat mainly low carb while doing my UDs and DDs, but not stressing out over a day when I want to include more carbs, knowing that by sticking to my calories and then being diligent with my DDs, it will all even out.
  4. And thanks to this group that has given me hope that all these things will be possible!

    ~~Abbie

abbie: I'm only on day 6 of JUDD (and down 4 pounds) and I had 250 of my DD calories today in a tuna/avocado sushi roll. Bliss. That, plus some bacon and a bowl of raspberries for breakfast and I'm still under 500 calories

Thank you for my size 6/8/10s that were sitting in my closet and feeling useless and forgotten!!

Thank you for allowing me to shop the WHOLE grocery store again, even if I don't eat the processed stuff anymore still. It's just nice to "shop" again and see what is new and exciting in the "let's get them fat and unhealthy" grocery world!! AND then finding a great, healthy food fine for a DD when you weren't even looking!

Thank you for making my sleepless nights sleepy again, and my depression a thing of the past!

AND my DF says 'Thank you for Linda's "I can" on JUDDD and getting rid of the "I can't" from LC! I the way we eat now'!!!

DH = very happy too!!! And now I find ways I can do things - rather than just be sad I can't! Even on DDs!!

Thank you for such great low cal food - that I can eat almost the same volume (on occasion) on a DD that I do on an UD. TOM has arrived - and I'm hungry - but am eating sooooo well even though it is a DD.
