Only my 2nd down day here. Not very hungry ATM which is good.

So far I've just had a chocolate protein shake with a little added coconut cream, blended with some ice. (204cal)

May end up eating something later after I get off work. Or on my break. Not sure though.

I look to your menus to make me feel normal....what is this protein shake on an FD thing?!?!?!? Yes, I see it was made with whole milk, but I'm disappointed. I see you had 1/2 a pot pie tart, a bite of saurkraut, a lil' smoky, and some mac and cheese earlier - I need to see more of that goin' on!

160

Equals 445. It feels low...especially since I'm looking at 2.5 hours of exercise tonight. If I'm hungry when I get home, I will have something. We will see...I had such a big UD yesterday, maybe I'll just leave it alone if I can.

I know, I don't know what's wrong with me today - kinda felt blahh from sleeping poorly and stomach hurting a bit... I think I'm catching a second wind now, though.

I'm going to fire up the new grill later and we're having bacon cheeseburgers and I may make homemade french fries! Hehe, hope that my reputation wasn't too badly damaged from the sparse, lackluster vittles of earlier!

All change. Cat (Kissa) went missing as we were about to leave to drive to London. Found 3 hours later sound asleep in a bathroom cupboard. By then I was a wreck.

So another sandwich, well a goats chees panini, 2 coffees and some shortbread biscuits.

Not my most healthy ever day, but on a JUDDD UD all things are possible. Didn't even quite make my calories.

WHEW! Thank gosh! I didn't know what to do for a minute!

Oh, and um, while you are at it, I'd like to put my order in for a bacon cheeseburger and homemade french fries. Please make for me tomorrow on my UD. I will also have a bite of cheesecake, a spoonful of ice cream, 7 mini chocolate cookies, 3 chips and salsa, and a cadbury egg.

(I totally eat this way and I get a kick out of seeing you do it too!)

Yep, you're a gal after my own Unfortunately we're out of potatoes But I am going to jazz up the burgers even more by putting on avocado slices, along with lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo, etc. I think you gave me the idea a while back to put avocado on the burger, but at any rate I'll try it for the first time tonight!
