Only my 2nd down day here. Not very hungry ATM which is good.
So far I've just had a chocolate protein shake with a little added coconut cream, blended with some ice. (204cal) May end up eating something later after I get off work. Or on my break. Not sure though. |

160 100 35 160 Equals 445. It feels low...especially since I'm looking at 2.5 hours of exercise tonight. If I'm hungry when I get home, I will have something. We will see...I had such a big UD yesterday, maybe I'll just leave it alone if I can. |

But I am going to jazz up the burgers even more by putting on avocado slices, along with lettuce, tomato, bacon, mayo, etc. I think you gave me the idea a while back to put avocado on the burger, but at any rate I'll try it for the first time tonight! |
