Results after gain from last week...

Last weekend I went out of town to a 50th birthday party so I ate 2 days in the Ud range. That Sunday I went back to my normal rotation with a DD and Monday morning I had gained 4lbs. I stuck with the rotation and my regular routine of exercise and today I have lost those 4 lbs and 3 more.

Now you know I love me some Juddd

This describes my thoughts exactly, when I was doing LC, I couldn't even think about a celebration, a scoop of my SIL's famous homemade potato salad, don't even think about having bread or crackers, even occasionally!

But look at this, a 2-day UD celebration, and still see a loss - congratulations KJ-43, yes!!!!

THIS is what I love about JUDDD the most!!

I have eaten more than my numbers several different weeks for several different reasons since starting in Nov., and each time--a couple of good DDs takes care of it!!

I LOVE reading this today!! And yes, our WONDERFUL JUDDD let's us "have our cake AND eat it, too!

I get so sad when I read all the people who have given up birthday cake, whoever cake it is, because they can't have it! What is a birthday with cake!!

You are such an inspiration and great example of how flexible and forgiving JUDDD is and how easy it is to get back on track and how fast the gains, if any, come right off!

I love how forgiving this woe is b/c if I had done that on lc I would still be trying to loose those pounds. Those ud's really were over my count but I took the advice of the experience Juddd'er and enjoyed myself and get right back on track. I have not seen that number for about in almost 2 years and I am finally getting back into my clothes. I am so thrilled to have wondered onto this board and found Juddd.
