UD- and I ate another one of those gigantic fritters!!
A soft pretzel. A Polish sausage link. Great Northern bean soup (twice). Minky Dinky. Graham crackers. 1798 calories- goal is 1835- so that's not too hateful at all! (Over 30g fiber too!) I was going to post a picture of a small cat in a bathroom sink, but since this thread is about "What are you eating today?" I didn't want to alarm anyone... |

Pami, I want one of those!
But as this has been a big DD I will make do with a Minky Dinky before bed. |

There was so much food to eat for my UD!! I ended up getting busy at work this afternoon and didn't eat my orange, so I'll try to eat as much of it as I can after just finishing eating a very filling dinner - wow, I love me some JUDDD!!!

Ahhh Hot milk or Minky Dinky- Kissa (Cindy) got me started on this. I make mine with 4 oz. skim milk, 4 oz. water and 2 drops liquid Splenda, Microwave until hot, but not boiling. Just a hot drink temp- like the temp of hot cocoa. Then dip graham crackers in it- or not! The Minky Dinky is 40 calories and every whole graham cracker is 70 cals. I usually eat 2, for a total of 180 calories. If I need calories, I can add more graham crackers, like I did today- I needed 283 calories, or something like that- so I had 3 graham crackers, with my hot milk and was able to add 250 calories, virtually pain-free!
