Yesterday was UD

Too much...lol but a darn good day
Had a wonderful BET from Grandys, its bacon, egg and tomato on a whole wheat roll with mayo for breakfast
Lunch was half of a ham and cheese sandwich with yogurt and granola
dinner was new york strip steaks cooked on the grill with salad and basil veggies and a small amount of butter noodles
2 glasses of reisling, snacked on a cookie and some cinnamon, peach chex mix from the bakery at our local grocery store

about 2000 for the day, up 3 lbs this morning but not surprised. I always am on my weekend UD, it will be gone tomorrow.

Today DD
gonna make protein pancakes with 2T cocoa, 1T protein, 1T egg whites, stevia, a little almond milk and 2 pieces of turkey bacon, under 100 calories
making some gelatin concoction to snack on and maybe some soup and an apple
keeping it as much under 500 today as i can and drinking lots of water

DD
B: Coffee with HWC
L: Iced tea with lemon
D: Fajita chicken strips with lots of blackened bell pepper and onion strips (one whole pepper and one whole onion), 1 tablespoon light sour cream and salsa. Yumm! It's almost veggie fajitas but I get 30 grams of protein and 200 calories from 1 1/2 ounces of chicken (John Soules fully cooked chicken breast strips). So easy and delicious!

Really Hungry UD!

B: toast & butter, 2 97% FF frankfurter, 2 cups of tea
S: Skinny flat white
L: sushi hand rolls - 1 x tuna and 1 x salmon and avocado
S: Burger (out for a BBQ with friends), some crackers & dip
D: 3 egg scrambled eggs with cheese and onion (shouldn't have had the cheese)
Alcohol: 2 bottles of dry cider

Probably about a 2200 cals - so all good!!

But hungry - did I mention hungry!!

I don't think I like the DD/MD/UD rotation - and think I'd like the UD/MD/DD rotation even worse - but maybe not!! Oh well as good a reason as any to maintain the normal rotation!

DD for me, but still stiff from rearranging furniture yesterday, so I'm lounging around until everyone is up so I can make a protein shake in the blender. Not bad, didn't see a gain from yesterday's UD and it is TOM so when this passes I should hopefully see a good loss.

It was after 1:30 p.m. when I decided to go ahead and make it a DD/FD, one reason being that I ate so much high-calorie snacky food last night, and also since I wasn't that hungry today and it's not that far from 5 p.m. when I can switch back to FD.

I just had 2 Wasa crackers with some garden veggie cream cheese, thin sliced ham and pickles. Up to approx. 480 calories.

L: 6 oz chicken in a Smart Wrap tortilla

As of today, I've been eating LC for two weeks and have lost 11 lbs. Today is also my first day of JUDDD. It's a DD, so I plan on eating my 554 between 4-7pm and then tomorrow will be an UD. My plan is to continue eating low-carb while doing JUDDD.

So, far today I've just drank water and had a chicken bouillon cube.

Dinner will be:

2 HB Eggs
Italian Sausage
Asparagus
Cheese
Bacon

and whatever else brings me to my 554 total for the day! I have a good feeling about this WOE! I can't wait to see what success I have with it

You and me both. And this morning I weighed 122.6, not bad when your goal is 126.

I did an estimate on ****** 2,400 or so. And I enjoyed it all so much.

Had an apple a couple hours earlier to kick off my FD eating. Maybe it will be a healthier eating night than most of the nights I've had this week, lol.

A little while ago I had a plate of leftovers which was a ham slice and mashed potatoes with gravy.

For the fam, I'm making fetuccine chicken alfredo from scratch with garlic butter cheesy bread (my own version made with Kroger sweet Italian bread from the deli). I'll have a small serving as well at some point or save some for tomorrow.

That will be in an hour or two. Having a glass of wine now.

I copied the URL from my ************ ticker, then went into my "user control panel", edit signature, then at the bottom, there's a place for you to paste the URL. When I copied mine, it started and ended with IMG and I had to delete those. Preview it first to make sure it works, then save.
