Thank you. I tried that. After I posted my query, I noticed I don't have permission to post an image. It's go to know I was doing it properly thought.
Thanks!

My first DD, here's my menu:

L: few pieces of cubed cantalope, 100-calorie bagel, toasted
D: Lean Cuisine meal, 250 calories

Okay, going to bed in a few, looking forward to my UD tomorrow!

Well it's Monday morning here...

My 2nd dd. plan is...
Breakfast: 1 apple and a few berries microwaved with cinnamon
Lunch/dinner (planning on stretching meal though the day in case I get hungry: miso soup with shiritaki noodles and sea veggies
Snack: plain soy yogurt if I need it

Just edited to add that apple and berries was the first bit of fruit in over 2 weeks as I came here straight from Atkins induction- and it was so delicious and tasted so sweet! One big benefit of low carbing for me is that my taste buds adjusted and I have become so much more sensitive to sweetness. And I love how it feels like a big treat on my dd to have fruit
