For dinner, ended up having just one glass of wine, small bites of cheese, some grilled veggies, pulled pork with a fabulous spicy sauce, and a piece of chocolate. I didn't make the food so I can only estimate, but even with overestimating calories, I still didn't go over my limit. I'm really surprised, although I did spend a lot of time talking, which always distracts me from the food.

DD today...

B: coffee, 2T h&h (39)
L: nothing...just a few nibbles
D: was going to be a big bowl of cheesy bacon chicken & cabbage for 350 cal...

...but DH decided to take me out for dinner. Spur of the moment on a DD? Ugh!! However, this is the very reason I don't eat all day long on DDs...it leaves me plenty of calories for dinner so I can eat *normally*, whatever that is. Lol!

Anyway, dinner was at Olive Garden: 1 glass skinny pomegranate limetta (50), a bowl of zuppa Toscana (149), half of my seafood brodetto entree (240), and ~1/3 cup of calamari (99).

That brings me to 577 plus whatever my noontime nibbles added up to...not more than 50-75 I don't think. Totally happy with this DD.

Well, it's actually Sunday for me in the uk now but what the hell..

Up day today

Breakfast- flax, coconut and chocolate porridge (no oats though, so I shouldn't really call it porridge!)

Morning snack- chocolate and hazelnut pudding (tofu based, and yeah I never get sick of chocolate )

Lunch- veggie sausages with broccoli and daikon hash browns

Dinner - tofu puffs with green veggies, black bean and chili sauce

Think I will still be a bit under my recommended cals (2100) so might have to shovel in a bit of pb...oh what a hardship
