Had a lb of cabbage for lunch, just salt, pepper and some garlic
coffee and 1/2T HH
baked cod and broccoli
1 light wasa and 1 oz smoked whitefish
1 cup hot cocoa with 1T PB flour. YUM!!

550 and im done for the day.

My sensible trout will have to wait til today. Last night we went out to an Italian and I had calamari, garlic focaccia and spaghetti puttanesca, with half a bottle of nice red wine and 4 amarreti biscuits.

My DD wasn't as great as I had planned. Oh well, today's another day. I ended up having a couple of glasses of wine with friends......Life gets in the way sometimes.

today is my first day trying this plan

First DD today, was much easier than I expected! Really helps telling myself - just eat it tomorrow. I am so surprised I ate under 500 cals and managed to make it through a day of work and a body pump class!!

breakfast, 6.30am of a veggie sausage and daikon radish hash browns

somehow managed to keep off food all day until now :O

dinner, 7.00pm, seitan steak with sauteed kohlrabi and griddled little gem lettuce

Wonder if it will help or hinder me having basically fasted for 12 hours today? Anyone know?
