One of the things that keep me motivated are comments like I received tonight at dinner from a friend.

She said that she couldn't believe all the food I eat at our dinners and still stay THIN. I really tried to explain that I only do that every other day, and she said......yea, right!

It was also commented that our poor dog wasn't going to get any leftovers.
