B: coffee w/almond milk
D: may make a cinnamon oat bran muffin using 2T oat bran(60 cals), 2T oat fiber(0 net calories), 2 egg whites (32 cals), cinnamon (5 cals) and ez-sweetz. I figure with the oat bran and oat fiber it will be big and filling!
S: 4oz chicken breast w/broth, shirataki noodles, cabbage and chili sauce (157 cals)

UD - and what a lovely UD

Held off eating seriously (except the cheese - till after 12 - as I may need breakfast in the morning!!)

B: Cup of tea; 28gms of Cheddar Cheese
L: Pad Thai (Chicken) - guessing at calories on ***!
D: Smoked Salmon wrapped around spring onions and capers, some prosciutto, chicken liver pate, little bit of brie (didn't like it!)water cracker biscuit things, strawberries and a couple of Kalamata Olives - oh yes some chorizo too!

Wine: Yes! 2 glasses of Chardonnay at lunch

But this evening - a bottle (2 different ones shared with a friend) of red wine. But not just any wine! It was beautiful prime wine that he purchased years ago and has had cellared - sooooooo good!!!!! Said I was the only friend in Brissy that would appreciate it!! And I did!!! Luckily, won't need brekkie tomorrow!!

Even though I said yesterday that I was gonna go on with a FD today, I overdid it in the evening yet again for the 4th time in a row, and so decided to make this a DD until 5 p.m. and then I will go on with my regular MUDDD FD no matter what I eat or drink tonight, lol.

UD and we are taking ds to Red Robin for his b'day (17). From googling the calories in some of their menu items and knowing I definitely want a burger and sweet potato fries it may be my only meal of the day. And I'm okay with that. :)

UD - today's weigh in - 170.4.

B: Butter Almond Thins and a Cadbury Egg (Oh yes I did!)

L: Broccoli, Cauli, Carrots, with salt and ghee
Loaded mashed potatoes (raw milk cheddar, kefir, salt, pepper, butter, scallions, and bacon)
Sandwich - avocado, provolone, chicken deli slices on ciabatta

S: Strawberries/raspberries w/ TJ's 100 cal dark chocolate bar
Cottage cheese and/or 2 baby bel light cheeses

D: Not sure yet. I hope to make fresh pea soup w/ grilled ham and cheese, but we will see. I might be full and want something not so filling since I get home after 7:30.

W: Maybe some Wine.

I'm doing vinyasa pilates today for 55 mins.

So after I wrote this out, I go to take my lunch out and it seems huge so change of plans:

L: Veggies, 1/2 mashed, and 1/2 sammie
D: 1/2 mashed, 1/2 sammie
S: cottage cheese with tomatoes, spinach, and a few crumbles of cheddar and croutons.

I just also wanted to say that today is a UD and I'm not that hungry. That makes me :mad:!

Had a snack of a carrot smeared with a tsp of pb. I was really amazed that 1 tsp was plenty!

morning! down 1lb after my first DD :D

UD today (1856)
B: string cheese (80) 3 pcs thick cut bacon (210) and protein shake 2 scoops (240)
D: 4 oz tuna (100) with 1 T mayo (90)
DS: cream cheese muffin with sf smuckers jam (117)

Snacks I have on hand here at work
1/2 cup cottage cheese (90)
7 pepporoni slices (70)

Gosh that seems like so much but even without lunch calculated in there (haven't decided) its only 997 cals and i'm supposed to get to 1856 :stars:

I'm hungry again, but I went in and cleaned up the kitchen and made more hot tea with honey, and never did figure out what I wanted to eat. Maybe a chocolate deluxe protein bar with the tea. I prefer real food to bars, but I haven't had one of those in a while and they are filling and good with a hot drink. :)

Thank you! I love that I can eat all the things I cook! (Even the stuff I make for my husband who can't gain weight :laugh:)

I am disappointed that your sashimi date fell through. That sounded delicious! I love Tuna sashimi that just has been barely seared. The place I go to here serves it with this great ginger/soy sauce (I think that's what it is) garlic mayo and sprouts. It is to die for! :love: I'm always afraid to go for sushi on a DD because I'm afraid I would not be able to limit myself to just one plate. I can't eat a ton of sushi, but I usually like a 5 piece sashimi and 1 roll (with a ginger dressing salad...YUM! :yummy:)
