First time I've had these crackers. I picked them up to try something different. They are gluten free. 130 calories for 16 crackers.

Ingredients
Rice Flour Pecan Meal, Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil, Salt, Natural Pecan Flavor and Natural Butter Flavor (Contains Milk).
Had some Lay's Garden Tomato and Basil potato chips out of curiosity.

Grr! I have saved 1600 calories for dinner and have been searching for nutritional information for the restaurant we're going to, but have been unsuccessful. I finally e-mailed them at their corporate office, and was informed that they do not have nutritional information "at this time." It's a chain that specializes in unique pizzas and pastas. To make matters worse, it's a buffet.

I can't even estimate because I don't know what ingredients are on their pizzas. I know they have one called Spicy Peanut Butter pizza. I hope I'm safe eating whatever I want. 1600 seems like it should be plenty.

How were they? My daughter got them at Subway and I smelled them but didn't think they'd be worth my calories. Although it WAS a DD.

And the nut thin crackers?

The chips were a surprise to my taste buds when I had the first one. Very strong and a lot of basil flavor. The more chips I ate though, the more the flavor just started blurring into a sweet and salty conglomeration that wasn't enjoyable. I don't think they are worth the calories either.

The nut thin crackers weren't bad. Slightly sweet from the pecan, quite crunchy and good with the cheese. Lol, I'll try to do a better review next time I have them. My palate (and taste memory) is still muddied from the chips.

I hope you enjoy your pizza tonight! Sounds like some interesting toppings.

total 760 Kinda high for a DD, but I worked out a lot yesterday (about 2 1/2 hours) and only ate B and L. Granted, I still ate most of my cals, I just got kinda sick for some reason and couldn't have the small dinner I planned. I haven't eaten since about 1pm and I'm hungry. We will see how it goes.

I'm also down to 170.7 today! Monday was 171.9, Tuesday 171.2, and today down another .5 lbs after a UD!!! I think I finally broke my stall! *crosses fingers*
Ok, so changes:

D: V8 70
S: was the raspberries and strawberries, but I calculated wrong. Probably more like 60 cals.

630 total for the day. I'm working out tonight. I hope I'm not hungry later.

DD here

I had planned 400 calories but eating kept getting put off and put off. By 5 I still hadn't eaten and wasn't really hungry so I decided to just make it a fasting day. Now at 7 I wish I hadn't. LOL But I'm heading to bed early so eating now would not be a good thing.

This way of eating really reminds you that EVERYTHING has calories. I looked at the bag of frozen Normandy vegetables and thought, "40 calories! Do I want to spend 40 calories on these?" I decided that vegetables are important, so yes. But I'll stick with cabbage and spinach and stuff after this bag is finished off. None of this Weight Watchers "Vegetables and fruits are free!" stuff. Nothing's free. Good lesson.
And what I don't understand is how if someone was to eat 8 bananas in a day this would be considered a "free" food? Makes no sense to me!

yay! I LOVE these! And I'm not even a choco-holic.

b_lou - are you still around? you always mention chia seeds...what are you doing with them? (I have a large jar and never use them for anything) Are just dropping them in your drinks, grinding them up?

DD

- black coffee (6)
- celery and carrot soup (80)
- SF jello (10)
- 2 pcs SF gum (4)
- grilled cheese (200)

not sure what else. I'm thinking 2 cups of popcorn (140)...can't think of anything else...I usually caramel rice cakes but getting tired of those

Had the dinner, and DS came in with a cup of popcorn for me afterward, so I had that. Ended up having 2.5 glasses wine total this evening.

Done for the day with eating and drinking.

Finished the DD portion of my day at 5 p.m. with approx. 700 calories. Now on FD this evening and tomorrow.

I ended up having the popcorn and it hit the spot!

Sophie, I'm planning to drink a LOT of beer tomm. Going out w/my hubby and my best friend and my hockey team is going to be playing on the pub TV. Bottled beer just doesn't taste the same as draught

That's the problem with it. WW should put a limit on it because I think it's stalling a lot of people and people can't seem to limit themselves. They made fruits and veggies free because on the old plan, if a side of broccoli was the same points as a skinny cow ice cream sandwich, which one would most people choose? So, I think WW was coming from a good place, but many people went overboard (and still do, I'm sure).

WW has a recipe builder and if you put your fruits and veggies into it, it gives you the point values for each. It sucked that my smoothies were like 6 points (when they'd be like 3 if the fruit were free), but I feel like it was more accurate that way.
