No one said you couldn't eat LC and JUDDD. I think that is the common misconception LC'ers have. I always looked at what people were posting on JUDDD and trying to talk it up and think "but I LIKE eating Low Carb" This is "my cake." But I also now can appreciate more of the benefits by eating JUDDD as well... and I broke my stall!

I think that is what turned me off at first... everyone talking about all the carbs they eat, and thinking that I really didn't "want" to! To each their own. But I like doing this Low Carb, and I may have a sugary, or starchy treat once in a while. But I feel better not doing it!
This is what I do, too. When I binge (and I've done it a few times since doing JUDDD), it's always on cookies, cake, candy, ice cream, etc. Same as when I was trying to do strict low carb...that's my crack!

lol.. i think i love your version of "crack " too .. i think i am inclined to want to help those that post things like OMG some one help me... in that WOE because i also have chosen to eat LC on this plan.. i too feel that i have no want or desire to change those food choices for me either.. feel much better when im not eating tons of PASTA.. (thats my crack)..i have just completed my 6th full day on this WOE and i am down 5 pounds..i have now changed my out look that i "CAN" reach that 200 mark by end of this month with no problem.. even if this WOE slows to 2 pounds per week i have enough time to drop those last 6 pounds.. and i will be right back where i was 10 years ago.. from there i will reach a new all time low doing this woe and make it to 185 which is what i weight in highschool.. cant wait!!

Interesting that a JUDD thread appeared on MLC the same day you posted this. Great minds.....

I thought about it, then posted my thoughts.

I totally agree that JUDDD feels like 'home' to me.

Thank you for understanding my concern. I agree on the stall breaker. I have been bouncing between 338-343 for over a month! Today I am 337!!!!!! I just feel better staying lower carb, although I am not gonna deny I might want to enjoy a sweet or tortilla sometime. Monday I face my nemesis, the funnel cake, at the livestock show and might just have a bite.

Those cinnamon pecans folks had a booth in Reliant Center too. I had to walk by it everyday coming and going. But I was saving my calories for the cinnamon bun thingie all the way. YUM. I so enjoyed two UD's at the livestock show. Even with 2 up up and away days I still lost weight.

Mind you guys I am a young 26, but I was stalled for two months. I saw a lot of judders post recipes on the suggestion page... Like ouizoid and many many others.... And I followed the "gluc muffin" crumb trail.

Having been stalled for two months I realized 2 things

1. My body was very comfy at 188
2. I was eating what I will eat when I am on maintenance.

So, how to figure out what I was doing wrong.

1. I started to track my calories for a few days.... Not pretty... 2200 plus.
2. While vlc and LC work, look at bowulfs atkin myths video... You still have to keep an eye on calorie intake and output.

I have done juddd for three days and while my results are not typical... I lost 3 lbs... Calorie cycling was just what my body needed to get back into weightless mode.

Overall, I am very very happy.

I am EXACTLY the same--sweets are my downfall no matter what WOE I'm doing.
THANK GOD for JUDDD, which allows me some sweets on UDs when I just CAN'T resist. (even though I know sugar is not good for me or anyone)
