JUDDD after low carb?

I'm sure this has been asked before. I have lost 63 pounds on Atkins since March 27, 2011 however I have been stalled since December at the same weight. I still need to lose 42 pounds to get to my goal. I went to the Dr. Johnson website and it said my calorie intake on up days should be 1740, I'm
5'3 so that sounds about right. Would this diet be helpful with a stall and on my up days should I still eat low carb? Thanks in advance for answers. I'm very frustrated as my stall is going on almost 3 months.

U can eat low carb if u want, or not. Its up to u! U will experience some water weight gain, but that will come off in no time. Your calorie limit seems fine. Make sure u use the "little or no exercise" option when calculating.
this diet has helped my stall from LC almost immediately! I was stalled for much longer than u, and I wish I would have tried this sooner! Jump right in and give it a try!
check out the new thread Beeb started. "Want to know more about JUDDD?" Very helpful! Good luck!

Ps. I am adding some carbs back in slowly! But to each their own!

Thanks you for the input. I'm just afraid if I don't eat low carb on the up days I'll bloat back up. Going slow with adding them back is probably the best idea.

I think that adding them slowly is a good idea. I think that it will show you what your tolerance level is AND what foods are absolute no-nos. Some people find that they are too sensitive to bread/pastas/desserts, so they do low carb. Some people find that they can have a few servings here and there. Some people go hog-wild (that's me...:o Still trying to reign myself back in ;) ).

I suggest to weigh yourself everyday so you know where you stand and you can make adjustments. The scale does bounce naturally with JUDDD, but you'll find your rhythm this way.

And lastly, keep posting! I've found this is a truly awesome community and everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I love it here!

I was going to add carbs back in slowly but after being carb deprived for so long I just jumped in the middle of carb city. I had a little water weight gain but then it went away and I struggle more with salt induced water retention now But i am SLOWLY losing and enjoying carbs too. The best of both worlds in my opinion.
